Sharon was the third real estate agent I worked with while looking for a home in the Eugene area. (The first two were fine, but didn't seem they were working very hard for me at all. In a highly competitive seller's market, I suppose it is understandable to put buyers on the back burner, but I was getting frustrated in the process.) We didn't know where to start in the home buying process, but we wanted to get started fast because our landlord wanted to jack up our rent. Based off a friend's recommendation, we emailed Sharon and within hours she detailed the process. Once we got the loan process started, Sharon showed us to homes all over the area with just a few day's notice since she knew about our urgency to buy. She understood our wants and could read any hesitation we had about houses we weren't interested in. Within a few days, we found the home we wanted, and she sent in the bid. Not even two days later, we heard the seller accepted — with some of our demands for repairs, all of which masterfully negotiated by Sharon. During the inspection period, she advocated for us and our needs and wants. And when repairs weren't made, she made sure the seller knew about it. Thanks to Sharon, we found the home wanted in what seems like record-breaking speed (we were moved in less than a month after getting the process started).
